Click this option to set the number of decimals places for all points and layers to a certain value.
This option will set the default number for every layer.
It will also set the value for any point which is not set to BYLAYER.

Enter the number of decimal places required.

Set All Points/Layers to This Value
Click this button to set the required decimals into all layers and points.
